I see a serial number on the bottom two pieces- 872. Case shows a bit of wear on the inside but is overall in good condition. There is some wear or scratches seen on the body. The head piece which can be seen in the pictures has some dings. The body is inscibed ELD Emerson Elkhart Indiana USA. All padding and corking is in place but probably need to be repadded. The head piece is marked silver head, so I assume the head piece is sterling. You are bidding on one Vintage Silver Plate Flute. Please use the Contact Seller option in eBay.
